How We Use AI at Crescevo
Crescevo uses artificial intelligence tools in our content production, subscriber communications, and client services. This page discloses how AI is used so readers, subscribers, and clients can make informed decisions.
Content Creation (Document 8A)
Some articles, newsletters, and social media posts published across our niche publications are created with AI assistance, including tools powered by Anthropic (Claude) and Groq (Llama). All AI-assisted content is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. AI-generated content is not labeled individually in every post, but the use of AI assistance is a standard part of our production workflow.
AI Chatbots on Our Publications (Document 8B)
Each of our six niche publications includes an AI-powered chatbot (built on Dify with Groq's Llama model). These chatbots provide general information only. They are not a substitute for professional advice — financial, legal, medical, or otherwise. Chatbot responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We do not store chatbot conversation content beyond what is needed to generate responses.
Lead Qualification (Document 8C)
We use automated lead scoring and AI-assisted qualification to assess subscriber engagement and identify potential clients. This includes behavioral signals such as email opens, link clicks, and page visits. Automated scoring helps us prioritize follow-up but does not make final decisions about client relationships. A human reviews all AI-qualified leads before any commercial outreach.
Limitations and Accuracy (Document 8D)
AI tools used in our stack can produce errors, hallucinations, and outdated information. We take reasonable steps to review AI output before it reaches readers or clients, but we cannot guarantee accuracy in all cases. If you identify a factual error in our content, please contact us at [email protected].
Internal Use (Document 8E)
Internally, we use AI tools for research, summarization, workflow automation, and content planning. We do not input confidential client data into third-party AI models unless the client has been informed and consented. Our primary AI subprocessors are Anthropic (anthropic.com) and Groq (groq.com). Both process data on US-based infrastructure.
